The apartment is actually clean and nice but need closer monitoring of the apartment condition Positive: After communicating the inconvenience of not being able to use the sofa and the uncleared rubbish with the BBH Living team. Thankfully, there was good service recovery. They agreed to compensate me for not being able to use the sofa bed of Euro 85 for the 2 nights . A promised of refund to me after I submit this review. I hope they will honor their words and refund the Euro 85 to me for all the trouble it caused. Also, they did send some chocolate and coffee capsules and got someone to clear the rubbish the next evening. Negative: I arrive to find that the sofa bed was not usable. That was a disappointment and inconvenience having specifically booked an apartment with sofa bed. In addition, the rubbish from the last guest was not cleared and was smelly. No coffee capsules or tea were provided.

Very easy and welcoming. Very comfortable. Positive: The keys were easy to find and the restaurants were very close by. All the facilities were provided by the hotel. Negative: There was no elevator and the stairs are really difficult to get up. If there was an elderly it would be straining on them to climb the flight of stairs. There were also no washing machines which was a bit disappointing. There was also a group next to our apartment there were loud even after 12 am on the last night and they didn't obide by the rules of quite times.
