Decent stay for a short time Positive: Fair location, clean and nice apartment, a bit small but it had all needed amenities and I liked the small balcony also in front of each apartment. Negative: On Saturday night it was extremely noisy, other guests came home from party in waves, I attended an expo for work and they woke me up at midnight, at 2 am. and then again at 4 am. - each time a very noisy crowd came back home, shouting loud and the whole inner courtyard has echoed from them and of course they all walked by my apartment door. On Sunday evening it was all peaceful and quiet. I definitely don't recommend the place on Fri and Sat nights if sleep is important for you. Also the bed in my apartment was on an elevated place, it suits for me but it might not be easy to climb up there for elderly people.

Positive: Location was very good. Facilities were good (apart from bed) Negative: I had an issue getting my key when I arrived. It was in the wrong place in the key box so my code wouldn't work. I had to wait around for a few hours, but to be fair it was late at night so I didn't expect that the owners would reply straight away. However it was pretty annoying. Bed wasn't very comfy and the apartment was very hot at night. The fan in the bathroom seemed to turn on randomly.
